Newtown ROCK participates in play with the RIVER LEAGUE and will follow their rules.  For non-league games, the rules will be determined prior to the contest.  

These rules are adopted prior to the start of the season and approved by vote by all league directors.  Any questions or concerns with the rules should be directed to your age group commissioner.
