This is required for ALL coaches and assistant coaches - Since the new Commonwealth of PA state law that went into effect 7/1/12015 mandating that "volunteers" that work with youth must have those clearances completed.  

The PA Criminal History and the PA Child Abuse clearances must be completed along with the Keep It Safe Disclosure form if you have lived in the state of PA for the last 10 years or if you have completed the FBI fingerprinting.  

This is mandatory - no exceptions.
